Awake NY accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of the original delivery date. Please note that all collaborative releases and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival.
